WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Your
organisation name (and charity No. if applicable) and contact
name.
- Your
organisation address, email and telephone number.
- Check
the Network
list
and tell us the main district where you would like your organisation
to be listed. Please also include some names of surrounding towns
that your organisation covers.
(If necessary, you can add your organisation to more than one
area. For example if you are based in a listed city within a listed
county or council area then tell us the names of both areas you
need to be added to.)
- Provide
the exact url (web address) of your lost and found web page for
LaFAN to link to.
- If you do
not have a web site and are applying as a "phone number only"
listing, please don't forget to tell us whether you do or don't
wish your email address to be displayed
- Tell
us the kind of animals you rescue (i.e. Cats, Dogs, Horses, Birds,
Others).
- If
you are a small unknown organisation we may require a reference
from a larger organisation to help prevent any misuse of this
network. If you think it is unlikely that your rescue organisation
is commonly known to us please also provide a reference contact
to an organisation that can vouch for your work.
- Dedicated
lost and found register type web sites can discuss with us, via
the email link below, regarding a reciprocal linking arrangement
I.e. your lost and found register site link will be displayed
on all LaFAN directory pages and LaFAN likewise on your register
pages.
- Read the
Terms
and Conditions
and inform us in your mail if you have accepted them
